General Admission tickets provide entrance into the venue to enjoy music and dancing. Drink tickets are purchased separately. Please note all drink tickets are purchased separately. Click here fore more information.

 

\\WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH VIP 

VIP admission will provide exclusive access into the designated VIP sections where guests will enjoy the comfort and exclusivity to enjoy margaritas plus 1 drink ticket. VIP sections will feature separate bars from general admission as well. Click here fore more information.

\\WHERE DO I PARK

We strongly discourage all guests from driving. We recommend using ride share services and taking full advantage of our $15 UBER code provided on our front page. Nevertheless, for designated drivers:

Parking

Standard Parking operates on-site parking garages accommodating 1,500 cars at Navy Pier. Current rates:

• Flat rate of $28.00 per day

• Motorcycles: Flat rate of $20 per day

• Valet: Flat rate of $33 per vehicle (50 car minimum)

• Reserved: Flat rate of $33 per vehicle

• Please note: Oversized vehicles will be charged for the number of parking spaces used.

\\CAN I SELL MY TICKETS

Yes. However, they must be properly transferred through Eventbrite as they will be scanned onsite, and your ID will be checked.  No exceptions.

\\HOW MUCH ARE THE MARGARITAS

Margaritas $10

Please Note - *To stay in compliance with Illinois liquor law the Chicago Margarita Fest will be a ticketed event.  Each margarita drink tasting ticket can be exchanged for a margarita. ​\\MUSIC SET TIMES

 

Music will be played during the event from noon till closing. Inside will feature DJs and some raw ethnic sounds. Outside will feature live music. Check out the lineup here.  The theme is island sounds. This event is designed so patrons are able to socialize, sit down and relax and enjoy the day. Click here.

\\REENTRY POLICY

Reentry is allowed with wrist bands.

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

No outside beverages are allowed inside the venue. Public intoxication is not tolerated. In fact, anyone displaying signs of intoxication will be asked to depart the venue. We take our patron safety and Chicago and Illinois road safety very seriously.

\\WEATHER

Chicago Margarita Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds. And we reserve the right to reschedule the event.

\\REFUND POLICY

We reserved the right to change venue location, setup and dates at our discretion. All ticket sales are final no refunds will be granted. No exceptions.

\\EVENT CAPACITY

Festival attendance will be capped as tickets are limited. Once we reach our capacity no tickets will be sold at the gates.

\\SECURITY 

Security will be present throughout the event to help ensure public safety. Any signs of public intoxication will result in security escorting any and all patron off the premises.

\\MUST BE 21 TO ENTER VENUE WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION

Acceptable Forms of ID: Types of ID that are currently valid and acceptable are as follows:

1) A valid current driver's license issued by the Illinois Secretary of State's Office or any other State.

2) A valid photo identification card issued by the Illinois Secretary of State's Office or any other State.

3) Armed Forces Identification

4) A valid U.S. Passport or travel visa/passport issued by a foreign country containing the holder's photography.
